Great experience
MARGARITA LI used self service drop off, so I did not meet any personnel. I was disappointed by the additional charge for going 8 miles over my original quoted price. Our pickup and drop off locations were a few miles from our houses, and we had to take a detour because of an accident during our move. I understand you do not offer unlimited mileage, but you should be a little more flexible because of unforeseen circumstances.
