I asked front desk NOT to add additional protection but he still went on and put it on and got charged $15 extra. Never got a refund

Front desk was at lunch for two hour. I came to drop off my truck at 138pm. No One was at the desk. When she did get back she told me....I have 15 minutes and I am not clocking in. I sat on the ground....she refused to ch3ck me in

Ronald MI had a reservation, we showed up and they didnt have it. It was for a different location. But my reservation was definately for the correct location. I ended up paying 150 more than the estimate. The entire thing was a mess from start to finish.
