Agent tried to be helpful but came across as rude, had a 5:00 pm return time but agent was calling pushing for an earlier return time and when we arrived he was already closed early.

STANLEY MThe rental was supposed to be $39.95, and i was charged $86, they put insurance on there and didn’t tell me about it, said all the charges were normal fee. I had my own full coverage. I would like a refund on the insurance portion.
BRENT SThis location was closed when I returned the truck. But the premises were nice, clean and well kept.
Evelyn BThe trailer was set for pick up from this location, upon arrival I was told the trailer was not present and that I had to pick up from another location. I made to the location where I was told the trailer was and then I was called from this location saying they went to pick up the trailer and that I could return to this location for pick up. No one refunded my gas for the extra driving no was I given an apology or was I offered a discount. I will never rent a trailer from here again.
