The right rearview mirror was broken so that I could set it before I started and within a quarter hour it turned itself at the scenery, not traffic. This made driving safely very difficult. I had asked when I could return the truck and I had it back within the hours they said they would be open. I waited nearly an hour with no one there. After I got home I got a call saying they had only been out 5 minutes (not true) and had missed me as my Uber pulled away. The people were polite, but unreliable.

Have supplies that were ordered (dolly). Clean up lobby. Good: You speak with a live person. They provided a clean, low mileage truck. They provided discount for my trouble without asking. Helpful in locating needed dolly
KATHLEEN AWhen some makes a reservation for a specific size truck you should honor that request. Mine was. Changed at the last minute couldn't use what they gave me and had to run around and spend more time and gas to find a truck that I could use. Very disappointed and out alot of money and time.not happy at all. Will be reviewing on Google and BBC
