U-HAUL made me drive 1 hour one way 2 hours total to get a truck and auto carrier and both were old and needed work in them shame on U-HAUL I do t recommend especially for long distances
Tonya KI reserved at this location and when I went to get truck I was told I had to go to a town 45 miles away to pick up because they didn't have it for me. I couldn't drive that far away. Had to take Truck on lot that was 100.00 more. Seems scandalous to us.
MARGO WAs I stated before. I had to put gas in it just to do what I needed. Then go nothing in return when I had to drop it off with more fuel than it had to begin with. You all made money off my gas. With no credit for it. Then charged me for a few extra miles I had to put in the truck because you didn’t have a drop off location close enough to where I moved to. I will no longer use Uhaul for future needs.
