I didn't understand how to get the "key code". I to call in and get assistance. All the people were great. After I finally understand what to do it was fine. I fill like there needs to be a better way to do it.

everything was all good aside for the missing dolly that I paid for in my reservation and the cup holders was dirty from previous renter but everything else was all good . She drove beautifully

IASIA GThey just took the key without doing a proper check out and I did not receive a receipt till the next day anything could have happened they could have drove it around and used the gas up adding additional miles and even caused damage while it was still in my name they honestly should be stripped of being a U-Haul location
