everything was all good aside for the missing dolly that I paid for in my reservation and the cup holders was dirty from previous renter but everything else was all good . She drove beautifully

IASIA GThey just took the key without doing a proper check out and I did not receive a receipt till the next day anything could have happened they could have drove it around and used the gas up adding additional miles and even caused damage while it was still in my name they honestly should be stripped of being a U-Haul location

KENNETH SWhen I booked the rental, I was given an option to save over $60 by returning the truck in Havelock NC. When the lady in Lexington finished the reservation, she asked me where I wanted to return it and I said Havelock. She pulled it up on her map and said "Which one?" I said whichever Havelock location is closer to my home. She selected a location between Morehead City and Havelock and my discount disappeared. I want to know what happened to my discount. There were several uhaul locations I drove past to deliver this truck to this location.
