Original location switched. Had to drive across town through heavy traffic only to find that the person who facilitates rentals is not there. We got through it but my day to load was handicapped because of this.

Nobody but the owner knows how to use the Uhaul system. I had to go there twice to pickup the the trailer and it took about 2 hours.
Philip B1 hour filing out the reservation paperwork that I filled out on line. Had to call a manager to figure out how fill out the rental paperwork. Manager did not answer so I was forced to wait. Pre inspection of the auto transport trailer rented was unserviceable and the agent refused to attempt to correct. Told me I had to call U-Haul. Agents here did not know their job.
