The employee was very helpful and knowledgeable. My only concern is the building where the office is. There are strong mold/mildew smells coming from roof leaks in the ceiling. It was hard to breath and the air is unhealthy. That is why I choose average for the location.

Christopher WHad to pick up the trailer at an unattended location and drive across town to do the paperwork. Papers strewn everywhere, complete lack of organization and preparedness. Took a bit over 2 hours to pick up a trailer that had been reserved and paid for on the Uhaul website. Unacceptable and the model for customer disservice.
