RODEL DThe man was very slow and I had already did everything on line. He proceeded to try to give me paper copys that was too drack in color. The trailer was not properly inspected and we had to rehook a different trailer. Again very time consuming and slow. Was not original booking from online. Was over 30mins away from Columbia.
