The truck inventory was fantastic but the lot was a bit tight to get in and out of. Overall a very positive experience though.

JOHN SIt took a hour to get into my uhaul that I already reservation for. Then after wasting a hour of my day and taking a personal call and staying on the line for 5 whole minutes he stated puting in info and then the power went out and he couldn't get it back working. The agent then told me to do everything from the app bc he couldn't get it to work so I had to then download the app and he calls his manger to so it over the phone when he could have did that originally. The guy waiting after me just left after he waited 25 mins too
