The truck was ready when I got there and clean as a whistle! Mrs. Shirley was so sweet and helpful when I went to the wrong box for my key (my mistake). I also left something behind in truck and was able to call and they held for me until I could get back. Mrs. Shirley was very sweet, responsive when I called, and overall this was a very easy transaction. I originally got truck for 2 days but only needed for 1 and was able to turn it in and not be charged for 2nd day. I highly recommend 3Js in Lexington.! I was trying to find a rental place near me and all of them had horrible reviews, but I remembered that the thrift store not too far from my house also had U-Hauls so I went by and Mrs. Shirley was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up the truck rental. I have nothing but good things to say about her and her business. Definitely shop local and chose 3 Js next time you need a rental! Becca

ROGELIO RYou only received 1 star because I cannot leave your business without one! This has been the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had and I wouldn’t recommend a fly to your business! Honestly feel like I’ve been scammed which is crazy to me because I treated the older women at the counter with the upmost respect! You over charged me the day of and then try to charge my card an additional $77 for a 26 mile trip! The way I see it, your business needs to review your trucks whether they be a mobile check in/out or a customer in person pick up! I only went 26 miles and was charged for 88 miles, sat there with the lady and gave her a play by play of everything but still being charged for miles I didn’t do! She said I’d get a call back once they figure it out, she called once to tell me they’re still working on it and I haven’t heard anything back since that conversation! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!
