The dealer was very slow and disrespectful, charged me for insurance coverage and I told him I didn’t want it. I called him with it on the bill and he said it would have to be canceled when I turned the truck in when I went to turn in the truck the dealer in coat was too busy said he would check the vehicle in later and send me a receipt.

Although there was a small leak over the left side of the deck just some boxes got wet. All else was ok.
AARON DThe location manager is excellent at taking care of customers and doing his job with care and competency. However, the inside of the building is cluttered and unprofessional looking. This needs to be cleaned up and organized. It did not end up impacting my rental experience, but it did not leave a good impression on me. However, the care the manager gave to me and his help was excellent, and this is why I would go back here.
