I had a limited time window to get this truck and move a piece of furniture to a consignment shop and it took 50 minutes to get the vehicle because there was only one person working and they already had a customer when I showed up and it was extremely slow going to get through the process. So anyone who’s on a time constraint to get something done needs to go to a store that has either more personnel working or faster workers so that they don’t lose the opportunity. They have to do what they need to do. Ultimately I was able to do what I needed to do, but it was very nerve-racking with how slow the experience was.
