We did not deal with personnel, we returned truck after hours via the Uhaul app.
Linette CU-Haul called me and wouldn’t get the trailer I wanted to Rick’s, U-Haul wanted me to pick up 120 miles away and take it back 120 miles away. Then U-Haul didn’t let me know Rick’s didn’t have the KO dolly I wanted. So I didn’t get a dolly. I had to settle for a 5x9 trailer with ramp, when I ordered at 6x12. U-Haul itself didn’t care about customer service. Rick’s Rental was great.
DEANNA LZack was not helpful. He overcharged and we had to go through u-haul to get it corrected.
Randall KWhen I was in the U-Haul business when we had a customer that dropped off their truck, we would zero out the contract first go out and make sure there was no problems if they were still there and do a walk around with them. This location did not do that. They just said they took the key and said you’re good. No offer of a walk around no offer of Return receipt while I was there.
