Lynn CThe lady at the pick up location was in a big hurry to leave, although I was on time for my pick up. She somehow rearranged my drop off location but told me I could drop off the trailer anywhere I wanted in Philadelphia. So the paperwork showed me dropping it off hours away from the location I had originally reserved. It took me several hours with U-Haul customer service to straighten out the mess
