I got charged a cleaning fee even though I returned the truck cleaner than what it was when I picked it up. The gas gage was a tad bit lower than what I picked it up with and they charged me for over 7 gallons of gas when it was maybe 2 gallons off. Handed the key in and the guy there couldn’t be bothered to help me complete my return on the computer since the app was down and took hours to even get that done.
