The customer service man inside was very, very nice and helpful. I had used the online rental app and needed to get the vehicle key. It is in a side door with small signage but the door leads to a storage garage with the actual service counter being behind another door into an office room. It is not a service counter or clearly marked 2nd door. I guessed. Not park the vehicles in HUGE puddles either from rain or from snow. Impossible to take the required photos before actually moving the vehicle. Return was difficult because the app kept resetting to the first question, over and over and over and over again after I answered the next question. FIX the app! Thank you for having what I needed. Will use again and recommend to others
