I returned the trailer during daytime hours when the facility was supposed to be open, however it was lunchtime. The sign on the door said if nobody was there to call a cell phone number, which went to voicemail. In that location there are other business establishments, so a woman came and took a photo of my contract information to give to the U-Haul rep upon seeing him. That was not a very good check-out! She was very friendly and helpful, but I don't believe she worked for U-Haul. I never did meet the person that did work for U-Haul, and the office did not even appear to be a U-Haul facility. It looked more like a home improvement place with product samples all over the interior. Unfortunately this was the only option of a place to return the trailer in the Liberty NY area, but it doesn't seem customer oriented.
