How U-Haul Reviews WorkWell the website wouldn't let me return the uhaul I geot trying and after I put the pictures in it would stay there load and I would have to restart the return for 3 separate times. I took screen shots of all the pictures just to protect myself but that was ridiculous.
MICHAEL EHanded them the keys . They said they would take care of everything
KJ FI rated the experience and location as low for two reasons. 1) We paid for an requested an appliance dolly. This dolly was not in the truck and caused use extra effort and expense to locate one with our early pickup. 2) The app did not function properly for the early pickup. We ended up having to call customer support.
