The problem is not the pickup location it was the failure to properly maintain the trailer. Both tires were out of balance and the trailer vibrated and shook for my 1200 mile trip. The wheels had paint peeling off in chunks. I almost refused to pick up the trailer.
Chris SUhaul process may have been better with an actual person. The mobile check in is terrible, will never use again, may never use uhaul again. The requirement of a selfie photo is not acceptable. Took over 30 minutes to finally get the truck, absolutely ridiculous.

Jeffrey HKeys were not set out for the truck I rented. I had to get a local truck for my move which made it complicated and I had to pay more in milage for that. I wont be using uhaul again.
