The app was giving me trouble. I accepted all the location sharing permissions etc, but then it kept telling me i was at the wrong location during pick up. After closing and re-opening the app a few times i was finally able to go through the pick up process, but then it food the same time during dropoff. I couldn't compete the return in the app. I just put the keys in the return box and left. I have rented uhaul before and have never had these issues with the app.
