I dropped it off after hours so nobody was there, as usual. But then the next day I got a call from a lady claiming my truck was at the wrong spot. And she was not very friendly. Then I got charged $100 for not having my truck 7/8th full, which it was and I had photo evidence of it too.
DANIEL Kthis location was dirty and not pleasant to visit. the person working at the desk was not knowledgable with the computer system and couldn't help me with my question, and we spent over 45 trying to call the u-haul help desk, which was very inconvenient for my schedule. will not be going back to this location again.
