Employee was very friendly! However, rented equipment- but it was not available at this site so ultimately was not able to get everything needed.
Karis WThey had someone working that has never been trained on the uhaul portion of their business. A 10 minute check-in at a different location was about an hour here. She was cussing and being generally unprofessional. She left the desk to run a drink to her boyfriend across the street, and the customer service rep was trying to reach her to verify information. So we both had to wait for her to come back, since I had no clue where to find her and there wasn’t another staff member at the desk. My boyfriend and I had to help her navigate through the check-in process on the computer, as she didn’t know what she was doing and had little attention to detail. For the next customer, I’d recommend not having someone working the desk if they don’t know how to handle uhaul business, or at least have one person around that does. I made a reservation, so they knew I was coming and should’ve had someone around that knew so they could walk her through the process.
