Not helpful with questions, just said "we don't work for uhaul". Convenience store, so filled with crap and not enough staff to help uhaul and store customers.

Charity & John did a great job educating me on towing … this was the 1st time I’d done this & we were moving my daughter 1500 miles from Lincoln, Nebraska to Los Angeles, California. Everything went perfect, the trailer was clean, towed perfectly & we arrived and returned the trailer in LA day before planned.
