We dropped the truck off early. They met us as we were filling up the truck with gas next to their lot and started the process of drop-off since they had customers waiting on the truck. Very efficient and friendly service. My husband was thrilled with the service.

pretty crowded
chris hThe place is a little tight to get into, the 8x 12 trailer had a tire that kept going flat filled it twice between the round trip from Lincoln to Omaha. The staff were friendly enough. In the end it worked out so we are good.
Michael RA/C was off/on which made for a bit of a warm ride on 90 degree day with 75% humidity. Window roll down knobs would pop off when trying to go up or down. Vehicle itself was fine, just some of the first world problems and at $160 (mileage) would have been nice to have it working properly.
