We dropped off our truck on a holiday, so the store was closed. The drop box was clearly marked, so we parked the truck as best we could and left the keys. The next day when we stopped by to make sure everything was ok, the employee was so kind and had done all of the checkout for us. Great service!

I was unpleasantly surprised by the cleaning fee when I returned the truck and completed the process. I left the truck as I found it so it didn't need to be cleaned. Maybe charge customers if they don't leave the truck as they found it?
