The agent was not on site tabs hard to understand on the phone. He didn’t even tell me which trailer to take and cause undo time and frustration.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI wished that this location had a contact number, I left my car keys in the truck and I am not able to reach this location to pick up my keys.
TERRY DFix U-Haul app; it didn’t allow me to sign in and when I tried to pull up my info as a guest it said I didn’t have a reservation. Luckily, I was able to do everything through the webpage. The member I spoke to was pretty helpful. If he didn’t call to check in we would’ve been confused. Finding the location was a little difficult because the gps took us 2 blocks away from the actual location.
Kaimyah RThe app did not work and the 800 number had too high of a call volume to be helpful. Thankfully the location owner was available to help.
Gabrielle RWe did not feel safe picking up this U-Haul from this location. There were no U-Haul signs proving this was a U-Haul location other than the one truck we were picking up from the middle of a closed down shopping center.
