Uhaul process may have been better with an actual person. The mobile check in is terrible, will never use again, may never use uhaul again. The requirement of a selfie photo is not acceptable. Took over 30 minutes to finally get the truck, absolutely ridiculous.

Great Service - Rented a Cargo Trailer, they came out and hooked everything up. Very Nice!
Jeffrey HKeys were not set out for the truck I rented. I had to get a local truck for my move which made it complicated and I had to pay more in milage for that. I wont be using uhaul again.
