When picking up the truck, the employee there had to scan my ID four times to take the photo, and the device didn’t work the fourth time. I had an appointment to go to, and I was delayed.
Alktra FJackie was very pleasant and provided wonderful service.
Rachel VOnly interacted with personnel on the phone and they gave helpful information for returning the truck after hours.
LIAM HI just wish they would’ve given me the option I had originally rented from another facility who transferred my request over to this location. The location was great nothing against them except it was completely on the other side of town from where we were so it would’ve been nice to be able to say could we actually have one on the north side of town but other than that it was a great experience
