Uhaul called and changed my reservations and made everything a complete nightmare. They changed my location from my original booking only to not have the truck and change it back. Doing so messed up my movers we paid for and created unnecessary stress. Absolutely awful experience with uhaul completely out of the specific vendors control.
Sarah TI dropped both trucks off Tuesday and the facility was closed, put the key in the Dropbox however I was charged for two extra days because the place remained closed until Thursday even though the posted hours said they were open bothe Tuesday and Wednesday! I returned the trucks early because a lady from Indianapolis called me and said they had the potential to rent those trucks to others if I didn't keep them until Friday.... Sad
