The service was good but this location didn't have much to select from.
PAUL CHorrible experience! Picked up U-Haul at Litchfield location and truck had no air conditioning. It was 110 degrees in Phoenix. Returned the truck to the Citrus location and picked up another truck with air conditioning. Sales person wrote the contract wrong. They charged me for 3 days, but I returned within 24 hours to the Citrus location and they refuse to refund me the remaining days. Poor customer service and the truck rattled and shook during the entire trip. Wouldn’t recommend.
