I didn’t have my keys in lock box , the truck has no gas when I got it , and it was dirty on the back part and it smelled awful in the driving area. I first and last time I will do a self service with Uhal

The location was great but the additional charges were not anticipated. I was supposed to pick up the truck after I paid but there was an additional fee for milage and rental when I got to the location.
