Location is terrible. My Dolly wasn't even in my rental. It took an hour to even get my rental. No one answers the phone. Shut this place down

First of all, I had a confirmed reservation. When I got there, No one was there. The door was locked. I called the number on the door and was put on hold for 7 minutes. I hung up and called back and was immediately put on hold again. This time for more than 10 minutes. When the lady finally got on the phone, she was not courteous and I pretty much had to do everything on my own.
Njogou B.Nobody was there when we dropped off however, no issues on Saturday morning from them. Not marked as great as a drop off location but it was convenient!!
