Dispatch handled things quickly and efficiently
Bernard SThe mobile app was very inefficient and not user friendly. Having to place physically at the site to start the check-in extended the checkin to 30 min when we were already limited on time.
Bethany WLot was challenging to maneuver in and the owner offered limited help with this. Owner was also focused on other priorities the times I visited. Would rather just use a big dedicated U-Haul store
