Customer service was a nightmare. I sat waiting at a locked location for nearly an hour. Two other people seemed to be trying to locate someone as well, so I waited, thinking someone would show up. Someone did, but the door remained locked. Turned out the person that showed up was the agent's sister, looking for keys. She told me there were no keys on the premises, and finally found the key I needed in a lock box while I was on the phone with the agent being vaguely told the next step to take on my phone to check in for pickup. Most of the time I had dead air on the line. The app kept giving me more steps to take and finally she told her sister that I was done with the app since I had her on the phone. What a mess, while I had moving help waiting for my arrival. The front end on the truck is sketchy and steering is unpredictable. I doubted the agent would care anymore than she cared if I was a satisfied customer. I rented from a Nationwide insurance business, who apparently doesn't open on Saturdays even to handle their truck rentals. Never, ever again with this place. They lost a customer and I want my review to go public, I was so frustrated and displeased.

Low air pressure and couldn’t find no location to fix the screw I saw in the tire. Fulton Ind said all they could do was put air n the tire !

Susan FI have had problems with this location every rental. It was the only option available, otherwise I stay clear. They are never on site, this rental they had the nerve to blow up my phone while i was on the phone with Uhaul,calling, texting saying they were there the whole time out back washing trailers. Such a bold face lie. The office next door confirmed they were not there. We walked the whole lot and no one was there, the Uhaul ws in the back where they were supposedly washing trailers. We seen the lady pull into the lot in her red car right before we got back to the location. She must have been washing trailers at another location.... My reservation was missed, I had to drive to location twice, I had to make multiple calls, holds times, now I was late getting started for the job, which also caused delays from traffic, and paying my help for sitting around waiting on a uhaul. I was told by the last uhaul rep i would receive the $50 reservation fee guarantee for this rental, well now I have to wait for someone to call me back. Last time someone else took our reservation same location, I had to go through the same to get the $50 reservation fee back. Wouldn't be such a big deal, but once I forgot to add about $10 more dollars worth of gas, and was charged out the butt. So I need my money back for your guarantee, you shure take mine. As well as why this location continues to even be allowed to rent Uhauls. This has been going on for three years I know, because I absolutely hate having to use this location. They lie, and takes 2 hours to get the Uhaul. This incident cost me more than $50.00. cost me $50.00 in Labor waiting for the u haul.
