Not only did they tell me that I had the wrong location when I arrived originally, but when I discovered that I was in fact at the correct location I had to go back when I got back the location was locked up and no one was available. The lock box was open and all of the keys for returned trucks were exposed for any random person to simply walk up to and take a truck. I wasn't comfortable leaving the keys to my returned truck there. After waiting for an hour and a half, someone finally showed up and in a condescending tone locked the box and scoffed as if it was no big deal. My time is important and their unprofessionalism and disregard for my time and my business causes me to look at U Haul as a whole very unsavory. It causes me to wonder should I have went with my original plan and given my business to Pods. I will definitely remember this unsatisfactory treatment from this poor representation of your company.
marcellus mMy issue is not with U-Haul. It is the third-party merchant where I picked up my truck.. I was overcharged that their location and have not received a I adjustment tomy bill and it’s been three days
