The parking lot was so hectic and confusing for the drive thru liquor store and no helpful signs or people

Tracy WThe first truck they put me in was dirty with a horrible odor. The rental location is at a drive-thru liquor store that you can’t enter without being in the car I had to wait while they helped liquor store customers. Didn’t let me know what truck I was issued just gave me keys and I had to go around trying doors to see if the key fit.
