YVONNE BReceived 26ft truck in an extremely dirty condition from an unprofessional location. Dirty water was inside the truck along with leaves and broken glass. I received the truck on a half tank which also added to the inconvenience of this experience. Finally, when I originally arrived at the building and they opened 2 guard dogs were off the leash and one of them began approaching me and it took me yelling for the owner for her finally notice to regain control of the dog.
Armanda GThe process of retrieving the truck is unorganized. The owners of the liquid store own these trucks and mishandled me. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend. It took 30 minutes to get the truck. He kept mentioning self check out but the 10 in truck are not in the Uhal system to self checkout. When I was trying to return the truck keys, the owner was rude. Don’t recommend! Don’t recommend. Terrible location. Unsafe!!!
