I was disappointed with Uhaulbfor two reasons. 1. I made my reservations at a location via telephone and told the representative I was taking the truck out of town for a one way trip giving her the location. She quoted the price and told me I had 30 extra miles. I repeated what she said twice and she assured me this was correct . 2. When I arrive U-Haul’s computer system was down so I had to log on and get my keys via my telephone which delayed me for about an hour which caused me not to read the contract online because I was in a hurry. 3. When i turned the vehicle in for a one way trip, the agent told me totally something different an I was charged $140.00 extra for the mileage because I did not read the contract which was different from what the agent told me. I will pay the fee via a promissory note, but I was very disappointed. I have used U-Haul several times but will thing twice when using them again. Not trustworthy.
