Tracy WThe first truck they put me in was dirty with a horrible odor. The rental location is at a drive-thru liquor store that you can’t enter without being in the car I had to wait while they helped liquor store customers. Didn’t let me know what truck I was issued just gave me keys and I had to go around trying doors to see if the key fit.

Marlette AYes and no what I recommend. When I made the reservation number one, I was told it was $29.99. they knew I was going to drop off the truck in Winder meaning it was a one-way move. Would I picked up the truck? It was a crapload more! I wanted to try it a different way had I known. Two. I ordered pads and a A. Dolly. I was told no guarantees later, not when I first put in that order. Oh no! No no no no. Three! What I put in the reservation I never got a confirmation. When I had to drop off the package someone else was talking about renting a U-Haul, and I said oh yeah I'll just check my reservation and guess what it wasn't there. I was really upset. To this guy's credit he got me in for the date that I had requested! I had planned everything around that. My notice was given. I mean everything was planned that move date So as utterly grateful that I was able to get the truck that day. He made it happen and I tell you I appreciate that more than I could ever say. And I am giving you honest truthful feedback and I hope some things change.
