THIS REVIEW is about MAUMELLE. The John Barrow location was terrific. Good experience. The MAUMELLE location took my reservation several days in advance, and when the time came for me to pick up the truck, they said: "Sorry, we don't have a truck for you." When I asked why they didn't at least call to tell me, they said: "I've been busy." Nevermind that they wasted MY time and energy. This is the THIRD time that UHaul has had no truck to give me, despite my making reservations. Driving to the John Barrow location caused me to have to pay for lots of extra miles. When I asked Maumelle if I could get a break on that, they said: "You'll have to ask them. We don't have anything to do with other offices." From now on, I will drive to Conway or Little Rock to get a Penske.
