The box has a leak along the passenger side. Corporate threatened to report the truck stolen when I was in communication with multiple branches about delayed timing and changing dropoff locations.due to inclement weather and having to rearrange and secure my stuff after it got wet damaging multiple boxes of clothes, books and furniture. They acted like they were giving me a deal on getting a bigger truck for a better price and they gave me a damaged one. At least let someone know... Uhaul seems to be lazy with their communications system. No reason I should have had to deal with that bs on top of making a 5 hour move. 3 days is not enough. Especially when you don't have or can't afford help. This is the last time I use uhaul for moving, which I do a lot of.

DENNIS COnce again, this was the location I chose and when I got there, they informed me this is not where they had to drop off location. I had it very clearly on my notes that this was the location I was given they tried to send me about 45 minutes away from where I am close to. They did reach out to U-Haul And U-Haul was able to change the location to where they were no organization to your company at all.
