Truck had dried mud on it around the tires, but was otherwise clean. The key was James into the lock box such that the only way I could remove it was by breaking the big plastic holder. Minor, in the end. I really lost lots of time to the U Haul app, which lacked a sufficient error indicator saying it must have location permissions to allow pickup. This issue is not on this local vendor, but on U Haul corporate.
KEVIN BThey forgot to actually check my trailer in, so it appeared as if I hadn’t returned it. Then they called to remind me to return it. I told them I had returned it the previous morning. They were very apologetic and nice about it.
