The attendant was a cashier at the gas station. He kept going back and fourth between me and the convenience store customers. I told him to help them first them help me. He messed up on the amount of mileage and I was overcharged.

The web reservation, the truck, the location, and the people that i interfaced with were all excellent. Minor item - the drivers side mirror starts to point a little down so that it is looking towards the ground over time. Something probably needs to be tightened. I forgot to bring this up when I returned the truck.

Syneatra BA very small truck outlet. The gentleman that assisted me was friendly and efficient. No stupid Q codes or on-line confusing websites. Reserved the truck size I needed and completed all the necessary computer work and I was out the door. Returned the truck same day, filled the gas and dropped off the key. Got the final invoice and it was for the amount it should have been. This is the second time I have rented a truck here and wish others operated like they do. Thanks!
