Less paper work or something simpler. It took close to an hr to rent the trailer. The program for my drivers license kept timing out or saying need to submit again. As well as other information that had been entered several times
Glenn SThe manager was very sweet so no complaints there. However, I feel it's wrong that I had to hook up the trailer. I am a single woman that was not expecting such. Luckily I tow an 23 ft travel trailer. Howeve, a different story when the trailer does not have a trailer jack. Although I was able to do so using my car jack it was very unexpected, time consuming and a bit unsettling.
Kimberly JI will continue using this location for future one way returns. I was really impressed with the excellent quality of customer service.
