The Uhaul app does not work to check in for returns. Had to make 2 trips to catch someone on the office because the self return with the app did not work

They all went out of the way to help! And make sure i was satisfied
Debbie BI made my reservation online for a pickup on Monday afternoon for use on Tuesday. Even though Monday was a federal holiday, the online system allowed the reservation to be made. When I arrived to pick up the trailer, the store outlet was closed due to the holiday. I cam back in the morning and the local store operator said she had no record of the trailer reservation being made. This tells me there are several ways in which the online reservation system may be improved. (block out federal holidays, ensure system communication to the local retailers, etc.) Once I received the trailer, it served my purpose well.
Mark BAgain, the process was seamless.
KENNETH JOffice was small but clean. Obvious smell of smokers in the office which was unplesant.
