I made my reservation online for a pickup on Monday afternoon for use on Tuesday. Even though Monday was a federal holiday, the online system allowed the reservation to be made. When I arrived to pick up the trailer, the store outlet was closed due to the holiday. I cam back in the morning and the local store operator said she had no record of the trailer reservation being made. This tells me there are several ways in which the online reservation system may be improved. (block out federal holidays, ensure system communication to the local retailers, etc.) Once I received the trailer, it served my purpose well.

KENNETH JOffice was small but clean. Obvious smell of smokers in the office which was unplesant.
Barbara FI ordered 1 dolley and 12 blankets. The manager at this site said she did not have those items. When I opened the door to start loading the truck, there was a dolley and 12 folded blankets. However, there was also a pile of over 40 blankets, all wet and muddy. We had to take them back to the dealer. Obviously, nobody inspected inside the box before we rented the vehicle.
