I returned the vehicle a day early on September 1, no credit given. I was stopped in Nevada by the hiway patrol who wanted a printed copy of the rental agreement and proof of insurance which I was never provided before travel. I am covered by AAA insurance for any vehicle I drive. They let me go with a warning to have a physical copy next time. They said my running lights were off, but they were working. Before travel, I took a lot of photos but your website couldn't save them. I requested a small van but was given a 15 footer which I did not order. I returned the truck early, I was surprised that I was charged $ 29.95 instead of $19.95/day. I wasn't given a day's grace for early return. Tiffs Market gas station clerk was slow on his laptop computer. My mileage estimate was close, 500 miles was actually 545. I put $ 200 worth of gas in rig for the round trip on my BofA credit card. Same same.

I don’t think you can improve it anymore. Although (because I am old and forgetful lol) the person renting should ask if we need a dolly or anything else. Right before I went to go get the truck I thought I need to get a dolly too. But I forgot to ask for one.
MARGO LMore light out by the pickup/drop off area would be nice.
