Nancy RThe gentleman that assisted me at this location had no care and no customer service skills. When I showed him that the seat of the car was stuck and did not move forward or backward to adjust to my height , he looked at it , confirmed it and shrugged his shoulders that it is what it looks is and there’s nothing he was going to be able to change. After that I noticed that the light for the gas was below empty with the circle light being on, I brought this to his attention and again he wasn’t caring to do anything he said to bring it back the same way. This isn’t the kind of experience anyone expects to have when renting a car. The car should not be completely empty of gas and the seat should be safely able to be adjusted to the persons height. I had to call customer service because of the hostility at the shop, the rudeness and lack of care was not ok
Linda YEl muchacho creo se llama Oscar muy amable muy buen servicio
Sebastian GGood people, but a serious and frustrating equipment failure I want to start by saying the people I dealt with were very good and helpful. Unfortunately, a serious equipment issue turned what should have been a simple pickup into an all‑day problem. After a long flight, I arrived at the pickup location (a paint shop). The U‑Haul system was down, and after quite a bit of trial and error, the agent had to call a friend to get things working. They scanned my driver’s license, and I was sent on my way — no paperwork was provided. The truck itself was ready, but it had no gas. When I mentioned this, the agent said, “Sorry, that’s how we get them.” I left with the gas light on and drove carefully to the nearest station, hoping I would make it. After waiting in a long line, I started filling the tank. That’s when I realized gas was flowing around my feet. I looked under the truck and saw fuel pouring onto the ground. The station attendants quickly reacted and began mopping up the spill, and I moved the truck to a side lot. I called U‑Haul and waited more than three hours for assistance. During that time, the U‑Haul support team did keep me informed and updated, which I appreciated. Fortunately, it was a sunny day, the truck was empty, and I was in a safe location — I count my blessings there. When the issue was identified, the gas tank was found to have a hole at least ½ inch wide, and the tank was marked “A/S.” From my perspective, it looked like an unfinished repair, though with gas prices what they are, it’s also possible the truck had been vandalized. Either way, this was not something I could have detected before driving off. This situation was extremely frustrating and could have been dangerous. I do give the U‑Haul employees credit for their professionalism and help, but I should never have been put in that position to begin with.
