Joel (The site manager) went above and beyond, helping us repair the trailer wiring issue on my vehicle. Without his help, we would not have been able to safely tow a trailer behind my car.
KEVIN JMy reservation, I made online, did not go through. I needed to do the whole process when i arrived. Thankfully the car hauler was still available. Otherwise, the personnel was very kind and gracious. They knew what to do and how to do it. They explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Drop was a cinch. The staff again, just had me drop the trailer off and they parked it where they wanted it.
