Truck’s driver door was damaged (not able to fully), causing it to have severe wind noise in the cabin. I had to wear ear plugs while driving to avoid hearing it while driving. I wondered if it was really safe to drive, in case the door was not really latched properly.

RUSSELL AThe 2 younger guys that checked me in upon picking up my truck and dolly were absolute professionals in how they provided customer service. Check in was super fast, and one of them even came out and hooked up my car to the dolly for me out in the snow. Was very appreciative of them, if anyone from this Livonia location reads this review, those two absolutely deserve raises!
