MARSHA LI picked up the trailer and the staff was helpful. They looked over the trailer and helped me connect it to my truck. Unfortunately, they completely missed that one of the tire straps was cut. Me not being an expert in these trailers didn't release it until I had the trailer home, car loaded and attempted to strap the wheel down. The tire strap was impossibly short and clearly had been cut previously. At this point it was too late to contact the location before they were closed and they didn't have another car trailer to offer. So, I had to roll the dice and tow my car with only 1 wheel attached and the safety chain.
