Pick up and drop off locations were great. Staff was friendly and service was fast. The 26’ truck was a perfect size but the A/C didn’t work which was awful considering the temperatures were over 30 during the multi-day move. Pick up was also delayed twice due to late drop-off by the prior renter - but this was not the fault of the agents, but rather the Uhaul scheduling dept.
