Trailer was clean inside but outside was very dirty
David RI am driving an SUV and have weight restrictions on how much I can tow. It would be helpful if the staff answering the phone and booking trailers, had an accurate list of what each trailer weighs empty. I asked this question and the staff member was unsure stating, "I am able to push and pull it around the yard by myself". This was not at all helpful as that does not tell me the actual weight of the trailer itself. This is an important factor for me as the weight of the trailer determines if my car can tow it safely or not...just a suggestion!

Edith FIt rained and drop off location was extremely muddy, had to use 4X4 to park trailer. Other than that everything went good. U-Haul sent me a link to go through but it never loaded, and wouldn’t let me use the location. Need a better process for that.
