How U-Haul Reviews WorkAbsolutely THE worst experience I've ever had with renting anything. I got a confirmation email that my 6x12 Uhaul trailer was confirmed and guaranteed to be there for pick up at 2 pm. I got to the location and there was no trailer. At NO time did I get ANY notification that my rental would not be there. I already drove 15 miles to get there. They offered another trailer (smaller than what I needed) that was available in Depew, another 20 miles away. I declined and insisted they then find me a truck, (there was one on the lot) and I was told there was one in Grand Island, another 20 miles away. I again insisted on taking the one they had there and was ultimately given that one. Now I have a 15 ft box truck to move one dresser, 1 chest, one headboard and footboard and a night stand. a ridiculously large vehicle to use for this. Uhaul left me absolutely no option. in a day where fuel costs are astronomical, I would think Uhaul would be a bit more green minded. Nope, I had to pay at least $125 more for a truck I didn't need AND pay mileage on what should have been a trailer. Uhaul has a LOT to learn about efficiency and customer service. I will NEVER rent another piece of Uhaul equipment and niether will anybody I know. nothing but Penske for me from now on.
David WGood for all involved
Andre RThe lady in the office was very pleasant. You couldn't ask for A better person she knows her job. And does it very well, thank you again for everything.
CHRIS GBe clear about the charges that say deposit next to them and the truck rental says it’s 30. - 40 dollars and includes 81 miles and 24 hours and you get 100 added to that with no explanation that this is the total charge and nothing returned
