ROY B.I had to unhook the trailer myself because the salesperson at the dropoff location at Bill Gardner hwy in Georgia said she did not know how to unhook the trailer from my van.
Karl Powell P.I did not receive a drop box code so I spent almost an hour at this location trying to resolve. This was not the location's fault. Even though I had checked in online, it took way to long to resolve. I finally was able to reach the U-Haul regional manager to find an alternate way to open drop box that contained my key. FINALLY, i rented, and was charged for a furniture dolly that was not available. Also, today I find I was charged for some sort of moving insurance that i did NOT ask for. I'm really unhappy.
