The loading area of the truck had visible dust and debris on the floor that I needed to sweep out before loading my furniture into the truck.

Frustrating that there is only an opportunity to review the location and not U-haul as a company. My original reservation was changed WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT from a 15' truck to a 10' truck. When I arrived to pick it up, they had no 15' trucks and their computer said mt reservation was for a 10' truck not the 15' truck my confirmation showed. They indicated that Uhaul had changed the reservation, not them, and there was nothing they could do, and worryingly, that this HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. Luckily I was able to get a 15' truck at a other location, but ZERO STARS for Uhaul as a company.
