No clarity and no honesty I rented for a month but I think it Lockman incentive available and discount I could’ve gone to my family and friends, but I decide to rent it from close to my home. I was taking advantage. I’m definitely not gonna go back even if I wanna think about a U-Haul I think twice when I was driving my home is about a mile away steering wheel not shade. Need to align. I found spider inside the driver cabin when I took it home, I had to vacuum it making sure no more spiders. My wife is very scared of spider. That’s the reason we never drove it on all the parking in front of the house.

Teddy TThe cabin and the back where dirty and dusty. I payed more for this small one than I did with thf 40 foot one and used less miles with this one. I believe I was over charged and the man did it all on his phone instead of letting me completing the final return information like I did at another location just a week before. Unfortunately the previous location did not have the small one so I had to go to this location. Very unhappy!!!
Maria LI think it should be illegal to post truck rentals for 19.99a day... If at all possible I will never use uhaul again. And you should walk into that store and see for yourself if it meets your standards... if it does I'm truly sorry.
