Pick up was quick and easy. However the clerk told me we didn't have to bother with the link that was emailed to me. Then when I returned the truck, the clerk could find any record of me having rented the truck at all. Then he tells me to use the link in my email. Once we did the online check in/ return, it was fine. But it took and easy 30 minutes to return. That is unacceptable.

KEVIN MBe better prepared. My original drop off point on the original reservation was changed last minute after I was already heading to my drop off point on elm street. My pick up point was also changed to halfway across the city from where I originally booked which was very inconvenient as I had to uber across the city and spend another $20 on top of everything. Just stick to the original reservation and people will be happier.
Brandon HYour system was done and I waited over and hour to get the truck. Luckily the person dealing with the situation was very honest and kind. Respecting my patience.
TRUMAINE MThe only problem was that this nor the location that I had attached to drop off the truck. When I arrived at : My Family Market, 5-1101 Jalna Blvd, London, ON N6E3B3, I was ingrained they could not take the vehicle. It took another half hour of my time to drop it off at the Daisy Mart.
